Contract Formation
When you place an order on this website, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This email is an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for purchasing the goods will be formed when your payment has been approved and received and/or when we have debited your credit or debit card.
Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, minor differences may occur between the images and the physical products due to variations in display or production. Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only.

Payment Terms
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment must be made at the time of order and is processed securely. Prices include VAT where applicable but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due.

Order Process

Order Modifications and Cancellations
- For physical scratch maps, order modifications or cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. Please contact us via our contact form as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once the order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations will no longer be possible.
- For print-on-demand products, orders are processed and produced immediately after purchase. As these products are made to order, modifications or cancellations are not possible after the order has been placed.
- For dropshipped products, modifications and cancellations depend on the fulfillment partner's policy. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us via our contact form as soon as possible, and we will check if changes are still possible.
2. Shipping and Delivery
DMap Factory Scratch Maps
- Our physical scratch maps are shipped worldwide from a fulfillment center in Apfelstädt, Thuringia, Germany.
- Delivery times depend on the shipping destination:
- Europe: 2 to 10 business days
- Outside Europe: Shipping times vary and may take several weeks.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, strikes, internal issues of the shipping company, wars or other military conflicts, demonstrations, etc.).
Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
- Our print-on-demand products are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment providers (Gelato, Printful, and Printify).
- POD products are printed and shipped from the location closest to your delivery address to minimize delivery time.Delivery times depend on the product type, location, and fulfillment provider:
- Standard shipping: 3 to 10 business days for most destinations in Europe and North America.
- Other regions: Shipping times may be longer depending on your location.
- Orders with multiple POD products may be produced at separate facilities and shipped separately.
- Estimated shipping times are not guarantees, as factors such as customs, courier delays, and production times may impact delivery.
Dropshipped Products (Third-Party Fulfillment)
- Some products in our store are dropshipped and fulfilled by third-party suppliers.
- Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and destination.
- Some dropshipped products may take longer to arrive, especially if they are shipped internationally.
- If your order includes both dropshipped products and other product types, they will arrive in separate shipments.
Amazon FBA Products (Affiliate Links)
- Some products available through our store may be linked via Amazon’s Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) program as affiliate links.
- We do not handle the shipping or fulfillment of these products.
- If you purchase an Amazon-linked product, shipping terms, estimated delivery times, and costs are determined by Amazon.

Delivery Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and the weight of your order.
- The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Shipping charges vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout (e.g., standard or tracked shipping).
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
- If you live outside the European single market (EU, EEA, or Switzerland), you may be responsible for customs duties and/or import taxes upon the delivery of your order.
- By placing an order, you explicitly agree to pay any applicable import fees according to your country’s import laws.
- If you refuse to pay customs duties and/or import taxes or fail to read the Shipping Policy before ordering, we reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds for the purchase price and shipping costs.
Risk and Ownership
- The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to you upon delivery.
- For tracked shipments, the risk is covered until the package reaches you.
- For untracked shipments, the risk is transferred to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Ownership of goods passes to you once we receive full payment of all sums due, including delivery charges.
Responsibility for Delivery Address
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery, and additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost Orders
- If your order was shipped using a tracked delivery service and has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us via our contact form within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
- If the tracking information confirms that the order was delivered, but you did not receive it, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order. Any replacement would be at the customer’s expense.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the fulfillment provider to determine if a replacement or refund is applicable.
Shipping Methods
- Standard shipping is used unless another method is selected at checkout.
- Tracked shipping may be available depending on the location and product type.
- Fulfillment providers reserve the right to use alternative carriers that offer similar delivery times and quality.
