At WMB Maps, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. Our store offers different product types, each with its own return and refund policy. Please read the applicable section carefully to understand the terms for your purchase.

1. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

Our print-on-demand (POD) products are custom-made for each order and are fulfilled by third-party providers such as Gelato, Printful, and Printify.

No Returns or Refunds for POD Products

  • Since POD products are produced specifically for each customer, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed unless communicated by us directly or through the respective POD provider.
  • In compliance with EU, UK, US, Australian, and other consumer laws, personalized or custom-made products are exempt from the right of withdrawal or cancellation unless they arrive defective.

Damaged or Defective POD Products

If you receive a defective or damaged POD product:

  1. Contact us via our contact form within 14 days of receiving the order.
  2. Provide high-resolution photos showing the defect or damage.
  3. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a reprint or refund.

Exceptions:

  • We do not offer refunds or reprints for customer errors such as incorrect design selection, wrong sizing, or a change of mind.
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects.

For additional details, please refer to Gelato, Printful, or Printify’s individual policies, depending on which service fulfilled your order.

2. DMap Factory Scratch Maps

Our "DMap factory" scratch maps are shipped from our fulfillment center in Germany and are subject to EU, UK, US, Australian, and other consumer laws, depending on where you live. Whether you buy your scratch-off map from us or directly from the DMap factory website, the conditions are the same.

Right of Withdrawal (For Non-Personalized Scratch Maps Only)

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
  • To exercise this right, contact us via our contact form within the 14-day period.
  • The returned product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds for Returned Scratch Maps

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund within 14 days, including the original standard shipping costs.
  • Refunds will not include any express delivery charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • You must inspect your order upon delivery and report any damages or incorrect items immediately.
  • If you accept a damaged package without reporting it upon delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If a product is confirmed defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Scratch Maps

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made scratch maps.
  • Sealed items that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items that are inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.

3. Digital Downloadable Products

Our digital products (PDF, image, and other files) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable due to their nature.

No Returns or Refunds for Digital Products

  • We cannot issue a refund once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded.
  • However, if you encounter technical issues with your file, please get in touch with us via our contact form, and we will work to resolve the issue.

4. Amazon FBA Products (Affiliate Links)

Some products on our website may be linked via Amazon’s FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) program as affiliate links. Please also read our Affiliate Disclosure and our Cookie Policy.

  • We do not process returns or refunds for Amazon purchases.
  • If you purchased a product via an Amazon affiliate link, please refer to Amazon’s return and refund policy and contact Amazon customer service for any issues.

5. Dropshipped Products (Third-Party Fulfillment)

Dropshipped products in our store are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Since we do not stock or ship these items ourselves, refund and return eligibility will depend on the supplier's policy regarding the order.

Returns & Refunds for Dropshipped Products

  • Returns and refunds may not be available for dropshipped products unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect dropshipped product, contact us via our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order, providing photos of the issue.
  • We will coordinate with the supplier to determine if a return, replacement, or refund is possible.

Please note:

  • Dropshipped products may have longer processing and shipping times, depending on the supplier.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, customs fees, or import duties on dropshipped items.

6. Lost or Undelivered Orders

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the fulfillment partner to investigate and determine if a replacement or refund is applicable.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or an unclaimed package, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
