1. Can I return or cancel my order?

It depends on the product type:

  • Scratch Maps: Can be cancelled or changed before shipping
  • POD Products: Orders are final once placed and can’t be changed
  • Digital Products: No
  • Dropshipped Products: Modifications depend on the supplier — contact us ASAP

2. What is your refund policy?

  • Scratch Maps: Returnable within 14 days if unused and in original condition (return shipping at your cost)
  • POD Products: Refunds only if defective or damaged (not for design, size, or color errors)
  • Digital Products: Non-refundable once downloaded
  • Dropshipped Items: Refund only if defective, damaged, or incorrect


3. What are your delivery times?

Scratch Maps (from Germany):

  • Germany: usually 2–4 business days
  • Europe: usually 4–10 business days
  • International: several weeks

POD Products:

  • Europe and North America: usually 4–10 business days
  • Others: varies

Digital Products: Available for download immediately after purchase

Dropshipped Items: Vary by supplier

Amazon Products: Shipping handled by Amazon


4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are determined by your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Costs are calculated at checkout before payment is made.


5. Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Maybe. If you're outside the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you may need to pay import fees. These are your responsibility.


6. What if my order never arrives?

If it’s late or missing, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate with the shipping partner. Lost items may be refunded or replaced if tracking does not show delivery.

7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

You're responsible for providing the correct address. If incorrect, we may charge an additional fee for reshipping.

8. Can I use your free maps in my worksheets, lessons, or projects?

Yes. You may use them for non-commercial educational or professional purposes (e.g., worksheets, presentations, games), but you must keep the original copyright notice.

9. Can I share or modify your free maps?

Yes. You can adapt them for personal or classroom use. However, you must keep the copyright notice and link back to our site if used online.

10. Can I sell your free maps or include them in a paid product?

No. You may not use our free maps commercially, including reselling, using them in paid products, or for advertising.

11. What are the rules for using purchased (paid) digital products?

You may modify them for personal or educational useShare them informally with friends or colleagues (non-commercial only).

You may not sell, rent, or upload them to paid platformsUse them for commercial purposes.

12. What if I find a mistake in a purchased file?

Let us know via our contact form. We’ll investigate and correct it at no cost to you.
