Asia is the largest continent at roughly 44.6 million square kilometres, while Oceania is the smallest at about 8.5 million. Antarctica is the only continent with no countries at all.

About the World's Continents and Oceans
Water covers about 71 percent of the Earth's surface of roughly 510 million square kilometres, and the Pacific alone accounts for close to a third of the whole planet. The equator crosses 13 countries, among them Ecuador, Kenya and Indonesia, while the Prime Meridian runs through eight, from the United Kingdom down to Ghana. The highest point on any of these continents is Mount Everest at 8,849 metres in Asia; the lowest exposed land is the shore of the Dead Sea, some 430 metres below sea level. Those are the features students are usually asked to place, which is why an unlabeled base map is more useful for practice than a finished one.
